Ethics in the workplace

I feel like ethics in the workplace boil down to respect. You have to be able to respect yourself for making the decisions you make first and foremost. After that, you hope to garner some amount of respect from others for the decisions you make; people like Jim Cramer or the executives at AIG are unable to do that.
